Reason for nomination:
Abigail has started her media career from a standing start. Not only has she created Footie Fusion, which now has thousands of followers across platforms, but she has been appointed Nottinghamshire Sports Editor. All of this before she has even started her Sports Journalism degree! She has championed women's football and has built up excellent relationships with local and National football clubs. She has written articles for all local media outlets and features in the Nottingham Post on a weekly basis as their Women's football correspondent. I can't think of anyone who would be more deserving.
