Once you have nominated yourself, you will be sent an acknowledgement email for you to verify your email address. Once verified, we will send you a welcome email to confirm your nomination has been received. This will then be reviewed by our moderators against our acceptable use requirements, and you will then receive an email within 48 hours either approving or rejecting your submission. Don’t worry if your nomination is not approved – it could be that some detail was missing or incorrect – you can always submit a new one.

Where you have nominated another person, we will follow the same process but send the verification to your nominee to ensure they wish to continue with the process. Please ask them to check junk mail and to look out for an email from: [email protected]. If your nominee does not respond within 7 days of contact, we shall send you a SMS using the number you provided on nomination to ask you to check with them they have received this email and if they wish to proceed. If we do not receive their confirmation within 21 days of our email, we shall withdraw their nomination and delete their information.

Absolutely! We welcome all nominations with an inspirational story to tell as we build an inclusive community of extraordinary women. The more women seen, the better.

If you nominate yourself and later decide to withdraw it, you can contact [email protected] at any point to request this. We will delete your nomination information and you will not be contacted further about this.

This is your chance to shine! Tell us your name and contact details then let us know your personal story, your career, about your love for the game: what are your greatest achievements, your skills and talents – and why would you like to be seen! If you are nominating someone else, tell us the same about them, but remember to obtain permission from them before you share any contact details.

You can also link your social accounts or upload any videos or images you’d like us to see but remember to ensure that you have permission from anyone else who might be visible in your videos or images before you share it!

As part of your nomination, tell us which category you or your nominee are part of. This year we have three to choose from:

• Passionate Players: Women football players
• Committed Coaches: Women football coaches
• Media Masterminds: Women in sports media, broadcasting, journalism or content creators.

The nominee and nominator must be 18 or over at the time of nomination. Selected winners will be required to provide proof of age.

Nominations close at: 11:59 PM on 16th March 2025.

Weekend Experiences will be fulfilled in April 2025 for Committed Coaches and May 2025 for Passionate Players and Media Masterminds. Full details on timing, location, what to expect from the Chelsea Weekend and what is and is not included will be included in the invitation email to the Weekend Experience Nominees. Timings are subject to change. Mentoring experience dates will be shared with the relevant nominees upon selection.

Absolutely! If you were previously nominated/involved in the #WeSeeYou Network, we encourage you to nominate yourself, or someone you know, again for Season 3. The more women seen, the better.

Yes. The #WeSeeYou Network is open to all women and we encourage you to nominate friends, colleagues, teammates and others that deserve to be seen.

Yes – our Media Masterminds category is for women involved in any kind of sports media, broadcasting, journalism, or content creations. Passionate Players and Committed Coaches are dedicated to women’s football.

Yes, you can nominate yourself or others into any categories that you feel are relevant. Just submit another nomination!

You can nominate as many women as you like. We want to shine a spotlight on as many inspirational women as possible.

Up to 30 standout nominees in each category will be invited to take part in the Three UK & Chelsea FC Weekend Experience and from those nominees, 1 or more nominee(s) in each category will be chosen for a Mentoring Experience.

Nominees who have been selected to take part in the Weekend Experience will receive an email from [email protected] from 19^th March 2025 onwards. Be sure to check your junk mail! Selections for the Mentoring Experience will be made after the Weekend Experiences. Keep an eye on our social channels for all the latest updates on the nominations process. It’s going to be exciting!

The dates for the Three UK & Chelsea FC Weekend Experience are fixed and cannot be changed and no alternative or substitute can be offered either by Three or Chelsea FC. In the event a selected nominee is unavailable to attend on the relevant date, they will be deemed to have rejected the invitation and an alternative nominee will be chosen.

On-site accommodation will be provided for the night of the experience weekend and meals will be covered while selected nominees are at the event. Other food and drink required by nominees will need to be sourced independently. Selected nominees will need to coordinate and pay for their own travel to and from the Weekend Experiences. Full information and details on what is and is not included will be included in the invitation email to the Weekend Experience Nominees.

Successful nominees will participate in once-in-a lifetime experiences. Depending on the category, this could include:

• Exclusive workshops and conferences
• Mentoring programme
• Coaching sessions at Cobham training ground
• Tickets to watch Chelsea FC Women
• Leadership, business, or media training
