1. About this Site
1.1 This Site is created by Three in partnership with Chelsea FC Football Club (“Chelsea FC”) to support our #WeSeeYou Network campaign (“#WSYN”) to recognise, celebrate and acknowledge women across the football industry and engage a network of women at all levels to tell their football story to inspire others. From Passionate Players to Community Champions (groups and individuals who make a difference to women’s football in their own communities) and Media Masterminds (journalists, broadcasters and content creators of sport) we hope this network can encourage each woman to elevate another in support of the beautiful game.

1.2 As part of this Site, nominations are invited to recognise and acknowledge such women. Further details on the nomination process are set out below in section 3 (the “Nomination(s)”).

1.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access this Site through your internet connection are aware of the Site Terms and comply with them.

2, Nominations

2.1 Dates: Nominations open on 20 November 2023 and close at 23:59 on 11th February 2024.

2.2 Eligibility: Both nominees and those nominating must be 18+ and UK resident on the date of nomination. The Nominations are open to non-Three customers as well as Three employees.

2.3 How to nominate: You can nominate via this Site, through Three’s Instagram and Facebook social channel, through COPA90’s Instagram channel or relevant influencer Instagram or TikTok channels.

2.4 What & how do we need to know? If you are nominating yourself via this Site, we need to know your first and last name, contact email address, contact number and the category where your story can be told (Passionate Player, Community Champions, or Media Mastermind). Then tell us a bit about your skills, talents and achievements – you can also upload a photo of yourself (optional) and share your social media accounts (optional). If you are nominating someone else, we need the same details for your nominee as well as your (as the nominator) telephone contact details. This is so we can contact you via SMS to tell you if your nominee has not responded to the Nomination. If you wish to nominate via one of our social channels, entry will be via the comments section of participating posts. Just nominate yourself or tag a friend and tell us your or their story and we will reach out to obtain further details. If you wish to nominate via one of our social channels, entry will be via the comments section of participating posts. Just nominate yourself or tag a friend and tell us your or their story. You may be contacted by Three UK to find out more.

2.5 What happens next:

(i) Nominating yourself: Once you have nominated yourself you will be sent an acknowledgement email for you to verify your email address. Once verified we will send you a welcome email to confirm your nomination has been received. This will then be reviewed by our moderators against our acceptable use requirements (see section 5.2 below) and you will then receive an email within 48 hours either approving or rejecting your submission. Don’t worry if your nomination is not approved – it could be that some detail was missing or incorrect – you can always submit a new one.

(ii) Nominating another: Where you have nominated another person, we will follow the same process but send the verification to your nominee to ensure they wish to continue with the Nomination. Please ensure to obtain permission from your nominee before sharing any of their personal details (including any photographs) via this nomination process. Once you have submitted a nomination for them, please ask them to check junk mail and to look out for an email from [email protected]. If your nominee does not respond within 7 days of contact, we shall send you a SMS using the number you provided to ask you to check with them they have received this email and if they wish to proceed. If we do not receive their confirmation within 21 days of our email, we shall withdraw their Nomination and delete their information.

(iii) Nominating via a Social channel: If you have submitted a nomination via one of our social channels, either for yourself or someone you know, you may be contacted by Three UK to obtain further details including email address, mobile number and photo of yourself (optional) to accept and verify your nomination, so please check your message requests.  Once you have shared the relevant information with the team, your nomination will be uploaded on to our HUB and you will be sent an acknowledgement email for you to verify your email address. Once verified we will send you a welcome email to confirm your nomination has been received and an email to approve your submission.

Please ensure you/ask your nominee to, check junk mail after placing a Nomination in case our emails do not reach you or your nominee directly.

3. The Nominees Gallery

3.1 If a Nomination is approved, it could be displayed in our Nominees Gallery to celebrate, recognise and acknowledge your or your nominee’s journey and serve as an inspiration to others in this community. Submission by you of your Nomination is taken as your consent to this. Where you have nominated another person, their response to our verification email to them will be deemed consent from them.

3.2 You can request that your or your nominee’s details are removed from the Content Gallery or the Nomination at any time by contacting: [email protected]

4. The Chelsea FC Weekend & Mentoring Experiences

4.1 Once the Nomination window has closed, all Nominations will be reviewed by a dedicated panel from Three UK and Chelsea FC who will look at the contribution, leadership skills and stand out qualities that the individual or group nominee bring to the game. Up to thirty (30) nominees from each category (the “Weekend Experience Nominees”) will be contacted from Wednesday 14th February 2024 onwards using the email address supplied on Nomination and invited to attend a Chelsea weekend experience (16th/17th March 2024 for Passionate Players and 20th/21st April 2024 for Community Champions and Media Masterminds) (the “Chelsea Weekend”). Please note, full details on timing, location, what to expect from the Chelsea Weekend and what is and is not included will be included in the invitation email to the Weekend Experience Nominees. Travel expenses are not included and selected nominees must make their own arrangements. Invitations to attend the Chelsea Weekend are extended on the basis that a nominee is able to attend that date. Subject to section 4.3 below, these are fixed dates and no substitute or alternative will be offered. If a selected nominee is unable to attend, they will be deemed to have rejected the invitation and the place will be offered to another.

4.2 If a Weekend Experience Nominee does not or is unable to respond to accept their invitation by 23:59 on Sunday 25th February 2024, they will be deemed to have rejected it and Three may, at its discretion, extend the invitation to another in their place.

4.3 Dates for the Chelsea Weekend are approximate and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Where relevant, access to to any venue owned or controlled by Chelsea FC, including the Stamford Bridge or Kingsmeadow stadiums or Cobham training ground, is subject to Chelsea FC’s rules and regulations, copies of which can be accessed at https://www.chelseafc.com/en/tickets-guides-policies-and-forms.

4.4 At the end of the Chelsea Weekend, 1 (one) participating nominee from each category will be selected (the “Mentoring Nominee”) to participate in a mentoring experience led by Chelsea FC (the “Mentoring Experience”). This will be a bespoke experience tailored to the relevant individual or group and will be developed with that individual or group in mind. The Mentoring Nominee will be notified shortly after the Chelsea Weekend and provided with further details of the Mentoring Experience.

4.5 Three and Chelsea FC’s decision on Weekend Experience Nominees and Mentoring Experience Nominees is final and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to reject or exclude nominees that do not meet our acceptable use requirements (see section 5.2), are fraudulent or which we do not reasonably believe embody the spirit of #WSYN.
