Plays a pivotal role as a former WSL Player turned NED on the FA Women’s Board driving change in the women’s game.
Drove well-being focused such as breast and bra health, with lionesses eventually having individual bra fitting.
Delivering free sports session that includes football with over 200 girls per session!
Also provided access for girls from disadvantaged areas to watch live football for the first time, driving aspirations through her charity ESP Foundation.
She champions women’s football weekly through her podcast Boots, Balls and Bras! Demonstrating open and honest conversations around the game both on and off the pitch
