Lauren is a true example of ‘if you can see it, you can be it’ which makes her an excellent role model to the young girls she coaches. Lauren is nurturing and competitive - she strikes this balance really well. She encourages the girls to build their individual skills, plays them in multiple positions to develop their game knowledge and builds team spirit. They are not just there to show up, they are there to play well and leave the pitch proud of their contribution.
