Passionate Player

Story:

I have battled racism on and off of the pitch since I was very young from not being picked to play, to being shouted at and called racial slurs on my way home from school. I moved from the outskirts of leicester, to london when I was very young in my teenage years. Not only was I ready to quit football, I was ready to quit sports in general but luckily, someone who had a lot of faith in me decided to give me the motivation and hope I needed. This guy referred me to my club I am at now and I am working in the fitness industry. I am now a coach, a 1-1 coach, a personal trainer/fitness instructor. And it all sparked from one person who thought I could do something better.

Reason for nomination:

I think I deserve to be seen because I work so hard, and it is honestly my dream to get paid to do the thing I love the most, football. So I really would like do take part in this experience.
