Amy Clement
Story:
Amy has always been a football lover and is heavily involved in the online football community - sharing her passion with others and discussing key stories and issues within the industry. Back in 2021, Amy co-founded HerGameToo to help fight against sexism in football. Through this campaign, Amy aims to create awareness through education whilst developing a strong sense of community to help foster an ethos in football where women are welcomed and respected equally.
Reason for nomination:
Amy's dedication and commitment to the HerGameToo campaign is incredible. Alongside working full-time, she dedicates her hours around this to support the progression of HerGameToo. She strives for positive change within the industry, driving support, empowerment and progress. Since HerGameToo launched in 2021, Amy has played a key role in forming partnerships with many clubs and organisations to help raise awareness and create a safer environment for women and girls in football. I can't wait to see what she has planned for 2023!
