Charlotte Akester
Story:
Charlotte is a committed football professional both inside and outside of work. She represents the National Youth County, Lincolnshire FA Youth Council, Lincolnshire FA Inclusion Advisory Group, Community Coach and Football development Assistant for Lincolnshire FA. She is passionate about making change for particularly underrepresented groups and is going to start fires in the football space as she progresses through her career. She is also a huge Chelsea fan that would benefit from a network of support from Women in the game.
Reason for nomination:
She is wholeheartedly committed to supporting those less fortunate than herself and using her lived experience to support the game. She has worked tirelessly for a number of years to get to where she is now, continues to do so and the confidence she would gain from a programme like this one would be second to none.
