Charlotte Lynch
Story:
I’d like to nominate my friend Charlotte. She is a football, football freestyler, singer and actress. She is a regular cast member on her brother, Jeremy Lynch’s TikTok series “savage dad” racking up over 11 million views.
Charlotte enjoys giving back to her community; she often partners with her previous club Millwalls food hub “the lions food hub” , a local food bank, donating to them on a regular basis.
Charlotte is also the co-founder of the project Self (see each life flourish), which she runs with her sister, delivering mental, emotional and social well-being workshops in schools and youth centres across London.
Reason for nomination:
This summer she filmed an iconic commercial with Nike alongside Sam Kerr and Ronaldo, launching the Nike air zoom boots.
Her most recent work was walking the catwalk at London fashion week 2022, representing women’s football in light of the lionesses winning the euro 2022. This entailed showcasing a group of talented female footballers from a variety of diverse ethnicities and backgrounds. Highlighting the diverse talent we have in football, these players need to be heard, seen and respected.
This work led to a nomination for outstanding female contribution to sports award 2022 from the London chamber of excellence.
