My nominee deserves to be seen because she has tirelessly worked for Salisbury FC women, giving up many hours of her time to make sure the team functions well and representing them in the local community. She's has been the driving force behind the football team right from the beginning and her hard work has paid off! Salisbury FC women have recently been granted permission to play in the local Ray Mac stadium alongside the mens team, and are drawing more crowds, financial support and media attention than ever. It's these committed, passionate people who make grassroots football success stories and drive support from the local community for women's football, changing peoples wider perspectives of the game.
