Story:

I graduated with BA in journalism back in 2014 in Kenya. As I was an intern at Supersport and my partner left me at 3 months pregnant, I never lost hope as I decided to find a stable job which was not easy. I volunteered to be the Medo liaison officer at Tusker fc in Kenya which I did for 2 years. In 2016 I got my first contract and this made me have the hunger for more knowledge in sports so I chased for papers in sports management and got my FIFA Master. I have had many challenges having been the first woman media liaison officer in a Kenyan premier league club and also now the first Kenyan to join FIFA as a marketing trainee. I was told in my country that I am young to take up leadership roles but the outside world accepted me and this is where I am now.

Reason for nomination:

Many like me are still in fear do not know where to start but have ideas. They do not know who to approach and having moved from different angles of the game and interacted with various people from grassroot to the top I believe i am a symbol of positivity
