Story:

Ellen Chiwenga is a FIFA Football Match Agent and member of the Association of Football Agents (AFA), the International Association of FIFA Licensed Football Match Agents (FIFMA), FIFA Fan Movement, and Women in Football (WIF) from Zimbabwe. She has worked over the past twenty years with leading football clubs and national teams in Europe and England on player transfers, academy development, sponsorship and partnerships, as well as friendly games and pre-season tours. As a woman in a male-dominated industry, she strives to promote diversity and equality in the game, and became the first African woman Football Match Agent in the world.
Ellen works with relentless determination and passion on football-related projects that transform the game into a powerful instrument of social, economic, and human development that builds healthy communities, fosters growth, empowers women, and inspires change around the world. She was awarded the Personality of the Year Award under the 2017 Zimbabwe Achievers Awards, the African Woman of the Year in Football in 2018, the Football Black List Award 2019 for her outstanding work in football, and the Medal of the Knight of the Order of Lafayette in 2020. She is an Ambassador of FC Karachi, Pakistan, and Global Goodwill Ambassador of Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation.
