Ellie Crabb
Story:
Ellie is the Disability Inclusion Senior Officer, Surrey Area for Chelsea FC. For a number of years Ellie has coached teams in the club, leading and supporting The Chelsea Foundation’s Disability Inclusion programme. The programme helps young people and adults with any disability to participate football. As a parent, I have had the privilege of watching Ellie coach my daughter and her teammates, seeing first-hand Ellie's superb coaching skills.
Reason for nomination:
Ellie deserves to be nominated because she is inspirational and inclusive - she raises the confidence of the players, helps them to reflect on their performance, developing both the physical and mental side of the player. She is a role model to all; she cares about the players and their football journey. She is incredibly talented and gifted at bringing the best out of players. Ellie fully deserves to be nominated as an incredible Coach and role model to all.
