Esther was injured in 2021-2022 and I am amazed at the perseverance she displayed, not only after recovering but during her injury. She still was determined to coach her young players and share her story.
Reason for nomination:
She is one of the most determined and ambitious people I know. She never fails to encourage and bring out the best in people. This is evident in her coaching, as she is driven by kindness and her passion for football. This is which she uses to provide the best version of a person and caring nature.
