Story:
Esther is a sixth former who eludes dedication, commitment and perseverance. She is not only a young coach; she is also the founder of EOFoundation. Her foundation promotes and encourages women in football who are also from minority backgrounds. Clearly, her pride in the sport of football is evident as she recognises that women in football are not explicitly seen, so therefore she took it upon herself to atleast create a change.
Reason for nomination:
She is enthusiastic about football and I believe that is a strong element of being a coach. Her dedication and commitment overall establishes why she deserves to be seen.
