I met Lipa through university and was truly inspired by her, her work, and what she is setting out to achieve. She has done some truly amazing work within her community and continued to do so through her work at the Youth Sports Trust where she is a board member
Reason for nomination:
Lipa is a truly inspirational person who has a fantastic ability to inspire young people and young footballers through her work as a grassroots football coach. Her mannerisms are fantastic and she remains calm at all times which transmits to the players she works with
