Reason for nomination:
Mel always goes above and beyond recently when our disabled son couldn't attend club because of an operation Mel called to say hi and included him in the news letter and said he could come to club to referee when he was up to it she has given him so much encouragement and support since he has been attending football and holiday club with inclusive sports. Mel and her team support so many children throughout the area .
