Opè Elias
Story:
Opè has always been passionate about football, and in recent years, demonstrated incredible bravery and courage after going through a surgery procedure on her leg, due to a prior injury, effecting her ability to take part in her passion of football. However, she has since proven herself against the odds and volunteers consistently as a coach to under 18s in her local club. I therefore think she would make an incredibly inspiring and effective coach/mentor in this foundation, as she has proven she is incredibly deserving of taking in this role.
Reason for nomination:
She has always shared her passion for football throughout her years inside and outside of school, demonstrates incredible leadership skills in roles such as house captain and other prestigious school roles. She is such a supportive friend, leader and role model to others, and consistently inspires me and other young people to try our hardest and take every opportunity.
