Story:

Rae is committed to learning, improving, and gaining various experiences as a coach. Rae coaches young primary school children with Liverpool FC Foundation during the day, and her passion for inspiring and developing young players had led her to coach 3 different football teams throughout her evenings and weekends. She is always looking to improve and push herself and takes great pride in her players’ development. Rae is passionate about more women being involved in the professional game and is determined to break stereotypes, with her aim being to have a full-time career within professional football.

Reason for nomination:

Rae deserves to be seen because she sacrifices so much in order to become a better coach and to be committed to her teams. She’s always receiving positive feedback from other coaches that she works alongside and from parents of players, not only for the impact she has on their development but also the confidence and belief that she gives them with the positive relationships that she builds. Rae is a real leader and role model for the young girls that she coaches. With her drive, ambition, and commitment, she deserves every opportunity that comes her way, which will see her another step closer to her achieving her goal of having a full-time career in professional football. Rae deserves to be seen and appreciated and should be proud of everything that she has achieved so far.
