Story:
After not being able to play herself due to there being no team for her age group, Roni decided to turn to coaching. At the age of 14 she started helping out her twin sisters and coached the U8s. Since then she has flourished as a coach. The girls idolise and respect her.
Reason for nomination:
Days after she turned 16 in August, Roni completed her Football Leaders award, becoming one of the youngest in Wales to do so.
