Sally Needham
Story:
My cousin has had 13 years at the FA within the skills programme and then as a county coach developer, holds the UEFA A Licence and the advanced youth award (5-11) is a Thrive practitioner, taken the latest in neuroscience, child development and attachment theory and applied it into football and currently an Academy Human development and Performance Culture Lead at Sheffield United Academy along with being a Coach developer for the FA and Consultant at 4growth aswell as doing a Professional Doctorate in Elite performance.
Reason for nomination:
Sally is an inspiration to anyone she comes into the contact with, the hard work shes puts in with her roles, her studies, the connections she makes with players she gives herself to football to the development of young players and she is a fantastic role model!
