Story:
Teri has been coaching the Balham Ballers girls teams for a couple of seasons and she’s created a great culture within the club for the girls.
Reason for nomination:
Teri always goes above and beyond to promote girl’s and women’s football and organising trips to see games, but usually her beloved Chelsea!
She’s very supportive of the girls, always trying to educate and improve them and most importantly the girls enjoy their football even if they’re not winning.
