Story:
I have know Vix for one month!…..as the coach to a football team my son joined a month ago…I know nothing of her background but what I’ve seen over the past month has been astounding!
Reason for nomination:
Fabulous coach to Whitegrove and Warfield Bees -U13’s.
Gives each boy a specific role, gives them encouragement during the game, includes everyone, gives verbal feedback to each individual player at the end of the match…writes a match report and shares it with each parent- gives each boy individual written feedback via whats app each week. Training sessions work specifically on strengths and building confidence and team work…Vix is AMAZING!
