Story:

Yasmin gave up playing football at the age of 13 being the only female an environment her parents didn't feel comfortable her being in. They looked for an female friendly environment where girls played with a female coach but nothing was around so she gave up football. 20 years later Yasmin started her coaching journey to give females opportunities that weren't available to her.
She a coach at Frenford&MSA WFC and with local schools, Let's girl play campaign to deliver girls football. Yasmin now coaches average of 100 females a week. Yasmin is also FA Community Champion and has recruited female coaches and supports them on their first steps into coaching. Yasmin is a great role model and her work to grow the game has seen her win BT Sports Action and was selected to represent London
Commonwealth Games as a Battonbearer

Reason for nomination:

She is a great role model for females, has made a positive difference to so many female by giving them the opportunity to play football and inspire them to play become coaches. She works really hard to grow the game and is passionate about making football accessible for all.
