Why do they deserve to be seen Angie is a Force, an inspiration, and a Legend! She is extremely passionate about aborting stereotypes when it comes to black female players. She has been coaching at Larkspur rovers for 10+ years. She strives to make the club amazing by providing opportunities for the girls on a Wednesday night at the club. The girls adore Angie, they see her as a massive role model. She has given young females from the age of 8/9 to 18 a safe place to be themselves. She truly deserves to be seen as she has gone unseen for too long. She supports with marking pitches, managing the clubhouse, helping with many activities, fundraising for the club for football kits for the girls and so much more! I honestly don’t know how she manages to do all her community work which is voluntary whilst having a full-time job and caring and supporting her kids! She is truly one of a kind and any organisation is lucky to have her kind and genuine soul!
