I play walking football with the Spurs foundation and I think I am the "baby" of the team and I am vocal and hope to bring more and more "babies" that otherwise wouldn't even think about it, onto playing this wonder option that is walking football.
Furthermore I have joined a local awesome (obvs) grassroots where instead I am the "oldies" in the team and the only GK ( i guess they would have not been able to sign up to the league otherwise) And again, I am vocal and I am bringing more awareness on how at any AGE and time you can pick up this BEAUTIFUL game and enjoy it also NOT from the sidelines!
Younger or older it doesn't matter, just DO IT! And as we often see. if you can't see it, it's harder to imagine.. then I want to be the one who is the. "seen" one!
