Reason for nomination:
Ella-Rose has been superb in increasing girls’ participation in football in North & Central London at Bloomsbury Football.
She has led our girls provision magnificently, almost doubling the size of our girls' programme over the year.
As well as this, she has ensured all our players on the girls side feel supported through handing out free period product to all players that bleed and has been providing players with off-pitch opportunities to expand their horizons off pitch e.g facilitating news Interviews (ITV, Sky, podcast)
