Reason for nomination:
My nominee deserves to be seen because she has been inspirational and a proactive woman making a huge difference to girls and women in the community, increasing girls’ participation in football in North & Central London at Bloomsbury Football, providing players with off-pitch opportunities to expand their horizons e.g facilitating news Interviews (ITV, Sky, podcast). And, finally helping every girl get to their own Wembley final, whether that be captain of their squad to Arsenal.
For all the above, I deeply believe that Ella-Rose deserves to be seen.
