Hayley Clements

Hayley deserves to be seen because she has been a champion for girls football in the local community. She has been running Wildcats football sessions for girls at 2 venues since 2021, giving up her time to ensure the girls have opportunities to access free football sessions. As a result of this, they have been able to set up two new teams to ensure the girls have a pathway to continue playing competitively. She also volunteers her time at her football club Kidlington Youth FC where she helps to run the under 9s training and on some Saturdays supports them for their matches. She does all of this on top of her full time job working as a Senior Youth Activator, delivering physical activity sessions in schools across the district to provide opportunities for children to be physically active in a fun and engaging way.
