Having been in her role for a short time, Lara has already made a huge impact with our Clubs young supporters and their families.
Passionate, dedicated, a perfect balance of professionalism, warmth and care whilst meeting and greeting families and the mascots who take their steps onto the pitch be it Stamford Bridge or Kings Meadow.
I've seen, heard and read the incredible feedback about Lara from our community.
I would say in every aspect of life, Lara goes above and beyond, she is a wonderful example of a community champion!
