Molly Rogers

Hello, my name is Molly Rogers, and I'm an 19 year-old who is especially interested in the wonderful world of football and media have recently been offered an unconditional offer at UCFB in London to complete a football buisness and media course for the aim of doing sports media for women as a whole and feel that this is a great opportunity for me to complete and excel to the best of my ability under your opportunities hereI am a committed, hard-working individual who aims to complete any opportunity to the greatest level I can. I am a bubbly person that strives to maximise every opportunity that I have handed to me and will always prepare myself for the work load I may receive, with my resilient demeanour I will thrive under pressure to ensure that I execute to the best of my ability. I feel this role is ideal for me as I would love to show my love and interest in football in another level and assert my knowledge further into the sporting world with broadcasting and media content skills I can pick up along the journey with you. I have grown up playing women's football, watching it, and over these years, going to games all my life whether that's friends,brothers , teammates when I couldn't play myself due to injuries , and the women's Euro 2022 which I followed around the country and fell inlove with the game all over again and knew that I was to search for any vacancies I could to assert myself in the best way possible , now watching it develop into the huge game it had become and is becoming I only want to add to the succsess.

Closer to this moment in time I went Australia for the women’s World Cup and followed the lionesses round the country supporting them , whilst doing this I have been documenting my journey and showing the world because I beileve it is important that young girls see how important the women’s game is and that they feel in a safe and important enviroment where they feel they can showcase their talent to the world and not feel different because of there gender.

Now being at uni in my spare time I attend WSL Games gaining my own content to creat into snippets and put onto social media hoping it gets out to a good audience and to develope my skills.
I can tell you that I will devote my time and energy to this task and be willing to contribute my time to study everything there is to know about your company and how they operate because I am reasonably familiar with both the inside and outside of teams in the WSL, with the help of my enrolment course for football buisness and media this will only further my expertise and give me a huge boost in my goal In order to expand my knowledge.
I am quite knowledgeable in a variety of media platforms, from the most recent social media sites like Instagram and Twitter to desktop programmes like Word and Pages. and how they are employed to the best of the public's capacity so that they can judge my abilities and aid in my advancement. I can also guarantee that I have excellent phone and communication skills and that I am a kind person who is approachable to everyone I encounter.
