Reason for nomination:
Nicol works constantly to support and encourage women and girls in football. As a matchday volunteer and HGT ambassador for NCWFC. She is also a board member for the Canaries Trust covering women in football. Alongside being a grassroots coach. Nicol has always said she wants to use her voice to ensure that every girls can enjoy the sport they love.
