Shanti Courtman

Shanti is my right hand women on our grassroots women's football team, the Brockwell Bullets. She manages all the finances and makes sure everything is in order for leagues and training. Shanti has had a number of injuries recently which has impacted her ability to play. However, she turns up to each training session with a smile to ensure that every other player is having a good time and getting the most out of the sessions. She is phenomenal on the pitch and always a team player and off the pitch she is the backbone of the team. She is also a huge Chelsea fan and this would really mean a lot to her!
