Viv Jeffers

Viv has made an incredible impact on grassroots football through her club East London Ladies. She hs provided a welcoming, nurturing and inclusive community for us, regardless of how good (or bad!) our football skills are. She does everything voluntarily - for example, she comes and coaches at our weekly 5-a-side beginner games and regularly plays in goal. She doesn’t have to do that, but she really cares about us as individuals and as a team.
