My nominee, Viv, deserves to be seen due to her unwavering commitment to seeing women and girls empowered and uplifted through football. It's not just the sport element for Viv, she gives of her time freely to build a community of people who care for each other - making the world a better place in the process! Through East London Ladies FC, women and girls are growing in confidence, getting fitter and creating long-lasting friendships. Viv is inspiring, encouraging and caring. She's got a loud voice and she uses it for good!
