An absolute star, that has created a safe and fun space for women in football at all stages. Viv’s passion for football and unwavering high standards improves the game of everyone around her. East London Ladies first, development and beginners teams have all experienced this first hand. Viv found a league for ELL development and ELL beginners team to practice playing in competitive matches, first season both teams came last in their respective leagues. With Viv’s guidance and support, by the second season both teams came first and won their respective leagues. She is an industry leader, continuing to break barriers and put women’s football at the forefront, but most importantly she has a massive heart and cares deeply for those around her.
