Viv Jeffers

Viv deserves to be seen because of her commitment and dedication to East London Ladies. Not only to the first team but all the junior teams and development. She’s an inspirational woman who helps so many girls develop themselves and increase their confidence through football. Viv’s one of the kindest and selfless people I know, giving up her free time to run the club, coaching, supporting and inspiring. She always goes out of her way to give people opportunities to succeed in a nurturing environment.
