Her dedication to the team’s success is unwavering, and it’s clear that she values the development of each individual player just as much as the team’s collective achievement.
What truly sets Alix apart is the balance she strikes between being an incredible coach and a trusted friend. She creates an environment where players feel comfortable, confident, and motivated to push themselves, knowing they have someone who believes in them. Whether it’s offering a word of encouragement, helping a player work through challenges, or simply being there when someone needs a listening ear, Alix is always there.
