Beth McCombe
Reason for nomination:
Not only is Beth a fantastic human, but she is also a committed player and subcommittee member for Pilkington WFC.
Since joining Pilks, Beth has helped support the further development of the women's section by taking on a number of additional roles for the team. Roles include facilities and kit organisation which are no easy feat.
Beth is now captain for one of the teams which adds further to the roles she has willingly taken. She fosters a kind and happy environment and is well respected amongst the players for her leadership and humour.
She has continued to develop as a player and is passionate about being the best player she can be whilst also encouraging others around her to do the same.
Beth has an extremely busy full-time job and still managed to play and volunteer. She is well deserving of recognition.
