This individual has dedicated her so far career to football coaching, not just on the pitch but through academic research that challenges the barriers women face in the profession. Her coaching journey spans university-level football, talent development, and working within clubs like Plymouth Argyle, where she focuses on fostering an inclusive and empowering environment for female players. She has nearly finished a UEFA B Licence and has coached in environments where often one of the few women in leadership, navigating the challenges that come with breaking into traditionally male-dominated spaces.
Beyond coaching, she is undertaking a master’s degree, with research focusing on how gendered experiences shape coaching identity, philosophy, and practice. Through this, it critically analyses the structural challenges within coach education and work to amplify the voices of women in football coaching. The research directly informs her approach on the pitch, ensuring that she creates a space where players feel valued, heard, and supported in their development.
She deserve to be seen because she is not just committed to coaching—she is committed to changing the landscape of the game. Whether through direct player development, mentoring, or academic work, She strives to break down barriers and create lasting impact in football.
