My nominee deserves to be seen because she is a strong intelligent and extremely capable woman who embodies everything you would want to see from a coach working in the game. She is authentic committed, determined, and goes above and beyond to serve the needs of all players in her care. Her knowledge of the game is further exemplified in her ability to chunk pieces of vital information for her players to perform with understanding and freedom rather than confusion and intimidation. She celebrates their efforts and rewards their commitment and always ensures she spends extra time to ensure all players benefit in their development from her meticulous planning.
She is a daughter, sister, mother, wife and mentor/friend to so many coaches especially in the female space ensuring she supports develops and elevates another woman when she can .
