Eartha has been instrumental in engaging women and girls across the game of football. She has found a unique way to utilise transferable physical literacy skills across other sporting activities to build a love for the game and forge new and lasting friendships. Eartha’s ability to create a safe space not only for participants but for coaches as well, demonstrates the passion and drive to be part of the rise of the game. Eartha ensures that everyone has access to collaborate on leading and self development to support current and younger players, by providing free CPD opportunities.
Eartha is non wavering in regards to coaching standards and ensures enjoyment of the game remains front and centre.
