I really think they deserve to be recognised for the incredible work they’re doing to push women’s football into the spotlight, fostering an inclusive, exciting, and vibrant community. I was never really into women’s football before, I never really felt like I had a place in football, but seeing the work that Girls Watch Girls Play does has completely changed my perspective. Their passion and tenacity is inspiring, and the community they’ve built, the energy they bring, and the way they make women’s football feel so accessible and exciting means I'm now proudly invested in the women's game! I cannot stress how passionate they are, and how much they want to grow and learn. They live the passion they advocate for, and they push every single day to make women’s football a force to be reckoned with.
