Leah McLean
Reason for nomination:
Leah has shown faultless commitment so far to our football club. She’s been at the club for roughly 18 months now, and in that time has amassed coaching and media responsibilities.
She currently coaches our girls teams, and has completely shifted our girls programs by being a relatable, committed personality around the camp. She has taken this experience and continued her development with community coaching at Millwall.
She also films and photographs all of our boys sessions, which has helped take our social media to the next level and given our yp new media opportunities which they have loved. Her financial investment into our Veo and camera and invested time into editing and perfecting her media has been amazing.
Leah has done all of this with zero coaching experience which is a credit to her ability to pick up new skills and apply them in different capacities.
