This coach is a passionate and committed individual who not only has very high aspirations for her team but also for herself. Aiming to be as qualified as she can be to have the broadest knowledge she can on how to be the best coach she can be. Learning from a range of different cultures and environments from turkey to Romania making her a very well rounded coach to ensure that she prepares herself to the highest esteem so that her team and the players within it reach their highest potential. Developing close player-coach relationships to ensure that players feel welcome and comfortable in an environment that is nowhere close to home and developing plans together to make sure that the player reaches their potential. This coach understands football in all its aspects as a women in a male dominated football industry, as an ex player and current coach. She deserves to be nominated to continue her own journey and to make an impact within the women’s game.
