Tyra Wilson

I believe I deserve to be seen because I have devoted over 10 years to helping shape the lives of young people through football. I started off volunteering at after school clubs to help get more girls involved with the sport and quickly realised it’s something I wanted to do long term. I invested in myself and signed up for a few courses such as the FA level 1 coaching badge to help further my knowledge. I have run and committed to community projects over the years aimed at getting more girls involved in football and it’s something I’m still very passionate about. I currently coach both boys and girls 10 hours per week with the hopes to make it a full time ‘job.’ I believe with the right opportunities and network I could have a positive impact on the lives of even more young people through football.
