We act as the “Data Controller” of the information you provide to us or that we know about you through your use of this Site for the purposes of data protection law. This Site is hosted and operated on behalf of us by ICT Project Management Ltd of 68 Western Parkway Business Park, Lower Ballymount Road, Dublin 12, D12 V2WA, Ireland.
This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) should be read in conjunction with the Site terms & conditions. Any capitalised words used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as given in the Site Terms.

We may amend or update this Privacy Policy at any time and your continued use of this Site or participation in the Nomination process after any change to them constitutes acceptance by you of them. If you cannot or unable to agree to or comply with any of the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use this Site or participate in the Nominations.

2. Updates to This Notice
If we change this Privacy Policy, we will post the amended terms on this Site so that you are always aware of how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.
3. Children
You must be 18 years of age or older to nominate, be nominated or to post any other form of UGC (where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information of individuals under the age of 18. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us using the details in the ‘Contact us’ section below.
4. Your Personal Information
We will collect personal data from you if you wish to nominate yourself or a third party to be part of the #WSYN as follows:
(a) Category: Nominating Yourself
Personal Data: First name, surname, email address, telephone number, (optional: photo and/or social media account details)
Lawful Basis for processing: Consent/Legitimate interest
(b) Category: Nomination of Another
Personal Data: Your first name, surname, email address, telephone number, nominee’s first name, surname, email address (optional: photo).
Lawful Basis for processing: Consent. Please ensure you have clear, express and unequivocal consent from any person prior to sharing their personal information as part of the Nomination.

5. Use of Your Personal Information
Your personal information (and that of your nominee’s) may be used by us and shared with Chelsea FC (only to the extent necessary and proportionate) for the purpose of your use of this Site and to enable your (or your nominee’s) participation in the Nominations process, including without limitation, display of any relevant UGC shared with us on this Site as part of the Nominations Gallery and for the purposes of administration, fulfilment and participation in the Chelsea FC Weekend and Monitoring Experiences, where relevant.
Please ensure you have permission from your nominee prior to sharing any of their personal information (including UGC) as part of a Nomination.
6. Third parties
We occasionally share your personal information only with our service providers who act as our sub-processors to help us to maintain, operate, and improve the Site. We maintain control over your information and, where applicable, we will ensure that they have each implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information.
We ensure that they:
• Act only on our instructions.
• Use your personal information solely for clearly specified purposes.
• Keep your personal information confidential and secure.
• Delete your personal information once it is no longer required for the relevant purpose.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
We process your personal information for no longer than is necessary for the purpose(s) for which it was collected. Accordingly, we shall delete your personal data collected as part of the Nomination 6 months following fulfilment of the Mentoring Experience, subject to the following: any user generated content (UGC) that you share with us as part of the Nomination (for example written information and commentary, videos, still photography) and which is published by us as part of the Nominations Gallery may remain on the Site indefinitely at our discretion (as per the licence you grant to us in section 5 of the Site Terms). You may of course exercise your rights in relation to your personal data at any time (see below).
